Your visit

Do I need to print out my tickets before arriving?

No, you can simply show a member of our Front of House team your ticket(s) on your phone when you arrive if that’s easier.

Will I still be able to watch the performance if I arrive late?

During most of our shows we will do our best to allow latecomers to take their seat without disrupting the performance; however this is not always possible. Please note that if you are late and unable to take your seat, no refunds, exchanges or credit vouchers are available.

What are the opening hours for your bar?

We are pleased to offer a bar offering wines, beers and a range of spirits, as well as soft drinks and snacks. Opening hours can vary depending on which type of performance you are attending. Bar opening hours will be sent to you along with any other relevant event information several days before your visit.
